Health Care Reform

We know you may have many questions regarding the health care reform bill recently passed into law. We continue to assess this comprehensive and complex legislation and its impact on you and your health insurance coverage.

The time line for when these changes are effective is also complex and may be confusing. Implementation of these changes varies - some take effect in the next six months or early 2011, while other reform measures do not go into effect until 2014. We've provided key dates in the health care reform implementation timeline below.

Because of the complex nature of health care reform as it was enacted, we may not have all the answers to the questions you have today. We appreciate your patience during this time. In the coming weeks and months as carriers and our office continue to assess the new law, we are committed to providing you relevant updates in a timely manner.

You can count on Benefit Design Consultants to help guide you through health care reform implementation. Please visit this page periodically for the latest information and updates. If you have any questions, please contact us at 281.469.5900 or by email.

Thank you for allowing us to continue to earn your trust and confidence.

Chris
