Client Advocate Program & Employee Service Center
When you have difficulty resolving a benefits claim, service issue, or in need of documents or forms to perform a transaction, our Client Advocate Program and service center is the answer. This program was developed for Benefit Design Consultant clients to offer timely service, practical advice, one location for administrative forms and quick expert help with any client service issue for all plan types.
In addition, as your business associate, we can receive Protected Health Information (PHI) on your behalf so CAP can quickly and efficiently resolve any issue.

Physician and Hospital Provider Search - This is where you can look up whether the provider (physician, clinic or hospital) you want to visit is covered under your plan. To locate the appropriate directory, click on the name of the insurance company that provides your plan.
